The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson

Guiding vision

Inspired by the Rebbe

The work of Chabad of Maple Valley is inspired by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Rebbe, whose boundless love for every Jew and revolutionary vision transformed Jewish life around the world.

The Rebbe believed in the infinite value of every individual and the power of every good deed. His vision was not limited to building institutions, but to building lasting Jewish communities, strengthening Jewish identity, and ensuring that every Jew, wherever they may be, has a place to connect with their heritage.

Driven by this vision, the Rebbe sent emissaries across the globe to establish Jewish centers and bring Jewish life to communities large and small.

Their mission? To help every Jew, both physically and spiritually.

Today, thousands of Chabad emissary families serve communities around the world, bringing Jewish education, Shabbat and holiday celebrations, acts of kindness, and meaningful Jewish connections to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Chabad-Lubavitch is a philosophy, a movement, and an organization. Its philosophy is based on the continuous refinement and growth of one's intellectual understanding of the world. Its movement promotes unconditional love and acceptance for every Jew, while its worldwide network of Jewish centers is dedicated to spreading goodness, kindness, and Jewish life.

Chabad of Maple Valley is proud to be part of this worldwide movement, bringing the Rebbe's vision to life in our own community and helping ensure a vibrant Jewish future for generations to come.
